"Update: Changing star rating because the manager Elizabeth totally turned things around. She called me back within minutes and provided me the clarity and direction I needed. Experience vs inexperienced. Grace granted for learning curves Called the King office to verify policy due to an accident. Kayla was very rude. While I understood specific information could not be supplied, when I tried to ask clarifying questions to understand the process, she talked over top of me, repeatedly. When I asked her to stop, she hung up.. I called back and asked for a manager and that person wanted to talk over me as well. Of course the manager wasn’t available. Would not recommend dealing with the King location at all."

"Awesome service at the local office, staff are super freindly but the actual agent Bob Parent/ not a freindly person, awful customer service. Switched over because prices were better then allstate but I am considering going back."
